Good value, clear lessons

Bought the SQL for Data Science course. Content was clear and to the point. Learned a lot. Price was fair. Definitely recommend.

Always reliable, great content

I've been using 365 Data Science for a while now, primarily for their career tracks. This time I picked up the AI Engineer Career Track after finishing the Data Scientist one last year. The content quality was just as high as I remember, very well structured and easy to follow. I appreciate the consistency; it makes it easy to keep coming back. The platform loads quickly and I never had any technical issues. It's my go-to for these kinds of courses.

Helpful but some minor issues

I signed up for the Machine Learning in Python course last month. The instructor was very knowledgeable and the practical exercises were helpful for understanding the concepts. I felt the material was current and comprehensive for the price paid. Delivery of the course content was instant, of course, being online. However, I did notice a couple of times that some of the quiz questions felt a bit repetitive with very similar wording, almost like rephrased versions of previous questions. Also, the community forum seemed a little less active than I expected when I had a specific question that wasn't covered directly in the Q&A. Overall, a good learning experience and I did get a lot out of it, just a few small things that could be tightened up.

How long did it take you guys to finish one of the career tracks, like the Data Scientist one? Trying to figure out my schedule.

J Jennifer T. 1 month ago
Depends how much time you put in. I did the Data Analyst one part-time, maybe 10-15 hours a week, and it took me like 4-5 months.

The Data Scientist track is pretty beefy. If you're going full-time, you could probably knock it out in 3 months, but that's a lot of hours daily.

Are the certificates from 365 Data Science actually recognized by companies? Like, will it help me get a job?

T Thomas Robinson 1 month ago
It's not like a university degree, but it shows you put in the work. I've definitely mentioned it in interviews and it seemed to add some credibility. Plus, the portfolio projects are clutch.

My current employer actually mentioned they value these kinds of applied skills. It's more about what you can do than just a piece of paper, and the courses teach you the practical stuff.

Hey, wondering about the Python Programmer Track. Is it good for someone who's never coded before, or do I need some basics?

K Katie H. 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I started with zero coding experience in their Python track and it was totally fine. They really do start from scratch.

I think a lot of their intro courses are for beginners, so that track should be too. They usually list prerequisites if there are any.

I saw something about a free trial. What exactly is included in that, is it like a whole course or just a preview?

E Emma Davis 4 weeks ago
It's not like a full track, but you get access to the first few lessons of most courses. Enough to get a feel for the teaching style and platform.

I think it's the 'free plan' they mention. You can take the intro courses and watch some of the initial videos in the paid ones. Gives you a good idea before committing.

Are there usually Black Friday sales, or should I just buy now if I see a good discount?

B Betty J. 1 month ago
They pretty much always have a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale. It's usually one of their biggest discounts, especially on the annual plan.

Definitely wait for Black Friday if you can! That's when I snagged my annual plan for like, 60% off. Huge savings.
